Ingredients
- 8 oz TX Biltong, sliced (4 small or 2 large bags, any flavor you fancy)
- 9 oz strawberries, halved
- 4.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 4 cups of rocket leaves
- 60 ml olive oil
- 15 ml balsamic vinegar
- Freshly ground salt and black pepper
How to
Mix up the biltong, strawberries, feta and onions.
Place the rocket on a plate and sprinkle over the biltong mix.
