- 6 store-bought patties (or rustle up your own)
- 2 packs TX Smoked Chili Biltong
- 6 slices of cheese
- Lettuce leaves (per burger)
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced jalapenos
- Guacamole and salsa
- Baconnaise
- A handful of Doritos
Method
- Get all the toppings ready and slice those buns in half.
- Heat some oil in a pan. When it's hot, add the burger patties, and set ‘em sizzling for 3 minutes on each side. You can also pop them on the grill of course
- Add a slice of cheese to each burger, splash a little water in the pan, and cover to steam and melt the cheese.
- Quickly toast your buns under the grill while everything's cooking.
- Flip the burgers onto the buns and start layerin’ on all the tasty toppings.
- Finish off with a few slices of our Smoked Chili biltong and some crunchy Doritos. Now dig in!
